Broker's Comments

Built on a super strong Empress Class Lifeboat hull and powered by a Ford Cargo 6, this cosy live aboard is looking for new owners.

From a large wheel house that provides a light and spacious living area for a combined galley / saloon, there are ladders down to two completely separate en-suite cabins. One has a double berth and the other provides a double & a single so is handy for family living. This vessel also has a useful utility room, tucked away within the living quarters, which is furnished with a washing machine and dryer.

The engine room is accessed from a large hatch on the aft deck and has plenty of room for storage. There is easy access to the engine, gearbox and stern gear.

This vessel would be ideal as a full time live aboard or holiday home on or by the sea.
