Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Nauticat 33 for sale with option of London leisure mooring.

This 1974 example of the hardy and well renowned motor sailors from Finland has been well cared for in its lifetime and particularly by its current owner who has owned her for three years. The boat was re-engined in 2000 with a powerful 91HP Perkins diesel which will give the new owner peace of mind and plenty of cruising range/power.

The boat is laid out with two decent sized cabins, the forward one has been modified to take a double bed and the saloon table converts to give six berths in total.

The boat was last lifted in 2016 and antifouled. Before that, it was out in 2013 and surveyed. A copy of this survey is available.

The boat is sold with a transferable leisure mooring at South Dock Marina, near Surrey Quays so this boat could also be used as a London pied-a-terre. Current mooring fees are £3,500 p.a.
