Further to Jonathan's recent testimonial regarding our purchase of Femme Fatale, I am writing to add my thanks to you both. Jonathan very succinctly summed up the excellent service from day one that you both provided and I completely agree with everything he said! During the latter stages of the procedure (the Saturday the deal was confirmed), Jonathan. Mary, myself and Rosemary were all together and the conversations that took place were on loud speaker. Rosemary, who obviously hasn't met you yet was impressed with the measured answers and advice that you responded with to all of the questions and comments raised. It felt as though you were really working hard on our behalf to secure a fair and comprehensive sale. In our time we have had to deal with many 'salespeople', and not once did we feel you were anything other than completely professional, transparent and honest with us. That means a lot. Thank you so much for helping us complete the purchase of our new boat. I must say the professionalism and customer care you have shown us from start to finish of the purchase process has been exemplary in every respect. The process started with a call between us where you gave a very honest opinion of the condition of the boat and enabled me to make a rapid decision to come and view. As you know, we came a long way to view the boat and you gave us undivided attention throughout the viewing and professionally facilitated both sides getting to an agreed offer price subject to survey before we left. This meant a lot to us as we were then sure we had secured a potential deal and our trip was worthwhile. More importantly, we never felt there was any ‘game playing’ and whilst you were acting for the vendor, you were also very fair indeed to us. Following the viewing, you then were very supportive in getting the survey organised and completed and furthermore, you went the extra mile in helping us with some further queries post survey, which without your help we would have found very difficult to complete from such a distance. This was excellent service as you both were so willing to help with all of our questions and queries. Even now, when the sale is complete, you are both still helping us in the most professional and helpful way to facilitate getting the boat down to its new mooring in Devon.
