10/10 Clear informative sales materials online. Plenty of photos and videos to manage expectations prior to committing to visit the boat. No pressure viewing and questions answered on the spot or in good time. Good management of pre purchase tasks including details of local surveyors. Great communication throughout. Jayne is a phenomenon. She was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the sale of my boat.
