These boat details are subject to contract.

This vessel started life as a Hopper Barge. She was then converted to a leisure venue with a bars, dance floor and rest rooms.

The vessel has two floors and a top deck which also has a third bar. She is currently located in an excellent location that would be suitable for promoting her as a leisure venue once she is refurbished.

The survey the owner provided from 2019 would suggest that her hull thickness readings were favourable.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to either utilise as a commercial venue, create accommodation or make it into a cavernous home.

Rent or mortgage on a venue this big would normally cost a lot of money so if someone has the vision to create a fabulous refurbishment then this would potentially be a great venture.
