Broker's Comments
Here we have a tidy example of the popular Etap 22 sailing boat with lifting keel. There is no trailer with the boat.
She has all Jeckells sails with main and 2 x genoa all in good order. Self furling and sail bags/covers.
She can accommodate 4 in a double and two singles and has a sea toilet fitted along with shore power (with battery charger), two batteries, GPS, compass and nav instruments in the cockpit.
She is well presented inside and out and is in original gelcoat. Her cockpit has twin side lockers with storage and battery and fuel tank storage and a well running Yamaha 8hp four stroke electric start outboard motor.
If you are looking for a clean and tidy compact yet remarkably spacious and economical sailing vessel, then this could be the right boat for you to get out on the water and enjoy the Broads.
She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate to March 2029 and the engine was serviced this year, at the start of the season.
Her Broads toll is paid and her mooring on the northern Broads may be available to the new owner.
