A hull by Pinder, estimated in the 2009 survey to be 1978. This survey shows good thicknesses remaining on the 10.6.4 specification hull. It also confirms that the overplating undertaken by the owner is of high quality.
There is a large cruiser stern and a good sized well deck.

Entering through the double front doors into a spacious lounge area. There is a new Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. The lining and floors are in good condition.
The galley is well fitted with a cooker, Shoreline fridge and a Morco water heater.
Next come another open living space, which could be fitted as an office, a dinette or a second. bedroom. Built in wall cupboard.
There is a full height cupboard in the corridor. The door of this doubles as a door to close of the full width bathroom. The bathroom is in need of a complete refit, however, plumbing for a bath/ shower is in place. There is a cassette toilet. Another full height cupboard provides the second bathroom door.
