30ft Springer - 31 years old with a Diesel engine
Has had extensive updating work with a little left to be done allowing the new owner to make it theirs.
Work undertaken in the past 3 years includes:
Full refit - electrics 12v and 230- new fitted kitchen area with full size sink, gas hob and oven and small fridge. Fitted hobbit wood burner and wine fridge.
Double bed area created (includes Emma mattress) which can be changed to a seating area (cushions required). Also includes free standing 2 seater leather effect sofa (easy to remove)
Fully fitted wood floor and gas heating system which provides hot and cold air throughout the boat.
Fully plumbed for hot and cold running water
All windows have a grey roller blind covering
Ceiling has spotlights along with individual 12 vault side lights
Plenty of storage under the bed area and free standing sofa along with numerous small cupboards
Bathroom has been stripped out and all electrics and plumbing re done. The bathroom appliances toilet, shower and sink (included) will need fitting and walls will need waterproofing.
Some minor work to tidy up and complete electrics - external horn and spotlight(included) will need fitting.
Boat is installed with solar panels to charge batteries along with 2 leisure batteries included
Boat also comes with 2 fitted gas bottles (professionally installed) and gas safety switches.
Boat comes with lock keys and canopies to cover rear of the boat
Externally the boat would benefit cosmetically with the paint work touching up .Fully hand painted in 2018. BSC until June 2025.
