Broker's Comments
The Nauticat 331 has a worldwide reputation as an extremely well built, sturdy, seaworthy vessel, probably the best in her class. Scandinavians are renowned for producing quality sailing vessels.
This example has been greatly loved and cherished by her owners in their 12 years of ownership. She has been well maintained and looked after. The woodwork is outstanding and she is well presented all the way through.
The accommodation comprises of 2 cabins, a large saloon and well appointed galley. The forward cabin can sleep 3, its designed as a double to port and a single to starboard. The heads are to port with a large walk in shower. The galley is to starboard and is a good size. Space has been well utilized around the boat, with lots of storage provided in areas you would not expect! Walking up into the wheelhouse there is plenty of seating around the table, with the helmsman's position starboard. Access to the deck is through sliding doors on either side of the saloon. To extend the seating further an infill can be fitted in front of the port side door.
The aft cabin is the master cabin with a large double berth that has an en suite heads and a small shower.
In the cockpit the second helmsman's position provides good vision all around the vessel. She can be sailed single-handedly with all controls except the halyards available from the cockpit. She has wide decks making it safe and easy to go around the vessel.
