Broker's Comments

The Nauticat 521 is serious long distance cruiser super capable of crossing oceans in comfort.

The dual helm controls make it ideal for all weathers with easy to control sail plan.

Below deck offers a proper pilot house with superb visibility and light. which extends to the lower level galley and dinner.

Forward is a bunk cabin and forward V berth with heads.

The aft cabin is luxurious and has very large ensuite head, also situated on that level is another bunk cabin.

The engine room is accessible through the aft bunk cabin, and is a fantastic layout with huge amounts of space and access to all equipment.

This example has been with its current owners for 18 years who have extensively cruised far and wide. The owners are still currently onboard so the boat is being constantly maintained to a high standard.
