Comentario del broker
Powles 42 used for the past 5 years as a liveaboard and as a result benefits from everything needed to do the same. This includes a liveaboard mooring close to the station at Brundall costing aprox £230 per month
She has solar panels, shore power, wood burning stove, hot water a telephone land line, wifi internet, car parking etc.
Her current residential mooring is available to her new owner.
The impressive master cabin forward is home to an island bed and generous storage. There is a large sized heads compartment with a large shower tray and electric flush toilet.
The forward cabin and heads really are presented exceptionally well.
The interior head linings and upholstery are all in very good order and there are no signs of water ingress that I noticed.
There is a generous galley which also offers a large amount of storage.
The amidships single berth is ideal for storage.
She is priced exceptionally well not only as a useable cruiser but especially considering this would make an ideal short or long term home.
*Please note* On the videos of this boat I have described her as a Powles 40 when in fact we have since learned she is a Powles 42 as described in the advertising.
The current owner bought her as a temporary stepping stone while they bought a property and have now done so and so she is seeking a new owner to enjoy her.
