Broker's Comments

This tough little daysailer, imported from the USA, is said to offer exhilarating performance out on the water.

Glen Hendersons initial design idea was to create an easy to sail, trailerable daysailer. He also had the goal of improving performance without compromising on style and appearance. He came up with the 216 which, while easy to sail by someone with little experience, also offers performance characteristics to please serious racers.

There is a spacious & open cockpit with a non slip finish, a cuddy cabin for dry storage and a purpose designed trailer that has been improved & adapted by the current owner to meet UK standards.

Are you looking for some exciting but affordable sailing on a strong, pretty little yacht? You can trailer this high performance, yet easy to sail, vessel anywhere whilst storing it on your driveway to keep costs down.
